The body reveals how you stand in life, can let you feel very directly what is at stake, and has also stored past emotional experiences. If you listen to these signals and give them space, it leads to greater authenticity and balance. Sometimes the body whispers the signals, sometimes the alarm goes off, and in all cases, it is worthwhile to listen to the signals.

Together with a colleague, we also offer a haptonomic pregnancy course for expectant mothers. This is a group program to prepare you for the transformation into motherhood, featuring in-depth exercises in connection with others.
