Kerstin is a coach, counselor, and relationship therapist (based on lived experience). After years of working in youth and women's care and as a Mental Health Practice Nurse, she has been working in her own practice, Buro Vie, since 2017. Kerstin helps you explore, understand, and break through persistent patterns related to a negative self-image, insecurity, fear of failure, and eating disorders in a respectful manner. This creates space for lasting change and true transformation.
Kerstin focuses on the individual and therefore does not work with standard programs. She helps people in a way that is fully tailored to who they are, making the coaching warm, personal, and effective, often with quickly noticeable results.
Kerstin also offers guidance to loved ones of people with eating disorders. For instance, at BLOOM, she provides special training sessions for parents and families based on relationship therapy and the principles of Connecting Authority® and Non-Violent Resistance. This is a practical and in-depth training for parents who want to connect (more) with each other and take back control together, without conflict or escalation. In this training, you first reconnect with yourself and each other, and learn how to remain present from a place of self-confidence & calm, stability, and connection, set boundaries, and prevent escalations. This training is aimed at sustainable change within your relationship and family, using concrete tools that are immediately applicable.
Relationship Therapy or Relationship Check-up
This is an insightful and experiential program for couples who wish to deepen or repair their relationship. You learn to truly see each other again, recognize patterns, improve communication, and reconnect. Through in-depth questions, clear exercises, and practical tools, you work together on trust, safety, and connection. The "Check-up" days are special, where you work together for half a day.
One Day Retreats
The One Day Retreats are a day of self-discovery, fun, and personal growth for women. Under Kerstin's guidance, you will get closer to yourself, strengthen your self-confidence, and receive practical tools that you can apply immediately. Each retreat has its own theme and is a unique experience that provides energy and strength and helps you stand more consciously and firmly in life.
