Vytaute Babone

Vytaute Babone

Vytaute Babone is a body-mind specialist with nearly 2 decades of experience working with leaders, expats and professionals in The Hague.
Through thousands of sessions with people navigating chronic stress, responsibility overload, and persistent physical tension, she saw one thing clearly:
most coaching approaches and therapies treat only parts — not the whole system.
Before creating her own approach Intelligent Bodywork, Vytaute trained extensively in integrative body therapies, psychosocial and holistic processing approaches. She studied alongside world-class coaches and uncovered her own unique capacity to work deeply with the human system — physically, emotionally, and neurologically.
